Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Resolve customer complaints and conflicts with empathy and a positive attitude

Qualifications:
