Development Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Our company is seeking a Development Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The Development Assistant will work closely with the Development team to assist in various tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
– Schedule meetings and manage calendars for Development team members
– Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
– Assist in preparing materials for presentations and meetings
– Conduct research and compile data as needed
– Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones, filing, and sorting mail
– Handle any other duties as assigned by the Development team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a development or similar field
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
– Detail-oriented and organized
