We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lottery Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading lottery company. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our best-in-class lottery operations, as well as supporting our retail and digital solutions and award-winning lottery games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Monitor and report on arrival and departure times for lottery products, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, documenting details and resolutions, and collaborating with Dispatch to ensure swift resolutions.
• Marketing Support: Deliver essential marketing supplies to retail locations, assisting in the implementation of promotional initiatives to enhance player engagement.
• Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners to facilitate operational efficiency and problem-solving.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, marketing materials, and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure all operational objectives are met.
