A mid-sized Crown Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Officer for a three-month contract. There is a strong possibility of extension.
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
– Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
– Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
– Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain office filing systems
– Assist with organizing and coordinating company events
– Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff as needed
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– High school diploma or equivalent
