The Client Experience and Engagement Team plays a pivotal role at Mackenzie by ensuring our clients’ needs are prioritized in every discussion, every interaction, and every decision. This team collaborates across sales, service, digital, and technology to support a seamless experience.This team is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual as the Senior Marketing Associate, Client Engagement, reporting to the Director, Client Engagement.This role is critical to the delivery of our client experience strategy and will help us to enable the delivery of seamless end to end experience across all segments. The responsibilities of this role supporting the needs of our clients by helping to delivera relevant and useful client email experience.Responsibilities:
- Support best in class development of email marketing initiatives across multi-segments, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Engage/Pardot platforms.
- Delivering campaign and event support initiatives with operational excellence and efficiency, as well as building and executing multi-step journey-based email activities.
- Support the reporting and effectiveness of our email campaigns.
- Developing an understanding of our segments, dealers, advisors, products and the evolving needs of the investor landscape.
- Working collaboratively with partners in Digital, Marketing, Sales and Technology to develop new targeting and personalization opportunities for email.
- Communication of marketing initiatives for our Distribution and Product partners.
- Coordinate approvals and feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build and manage close relationships with key business partners, both inside and outside of marketing.
- Support efforts to better understand and improve the experience and resources for advisors and investors.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Marketing email experience
- Post-Secondary Degree
- Solid email marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Asset Management industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and Engage/Pardot) would be an asset
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail yet connecting to the big picture
- Creative, innovative thinker
- Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills
