As the Assistant Manager of Brand Marketing you will be working in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external brand partners to achieve our brand’s business objectives and grow Sephora’s brands! Dive deep into our marketing strategies and play a key role in expanding Sephora’s Brand Marketing team!WHAT YOU’LL DO:Brand Relationship Partner:

  • Support Brand Managers leading communications with all brand partners and retail merchant counterparts on related matters (launch plans, business updates, etc.)
  • Partner with our brand partners and merchandising team to maintain annual brand activation calendars
  • Handle co-op participation, creative assets, product details, and any questions or issues that might arise
  • Provide feedback on brand assets, ensuring they follow creative strategies; assist in handling brand sampling plans
  • Network and attend brand-facing meetings, collect meeting notes, and lead follow-ups with brands and cross-functional teams

Cross-Functional 360 Marketing Program Execution:

  • Help Brand Managers in the execution and follow-through of all brand marketing plans including leading social slotting for your category and identifying content opportunities to secure creatives for priority launches/moments
  • Lead the comp collection process, ensuring that marketing vehicles have the appropriate products needed for campaign and social shoots
  • Create and maintain brand reporting, including campaign reporting and client, category, and marketing insights
  • Build and collaborate with US and Canadian partners and teams cross-functionally to share learning and ensure a consistent brand service experience

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • You have 2-3 years of marketing/advertising experience with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • You are tech-savvy and proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital/social media
  • You excel in a fast paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Great at expressing yourself clearly and creatively while navigating sensitive conversations with brand partners
  • You have an eye for detail and love solving problems requiring accuracy in your craft

The objective of the organization:

Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC) is entrusted by the Government of Nunavut to provide safe, reliable and efficient energy distribution to the community of Igloolik. As part of our commitment to excellent customer service and community engagement, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Liaison Officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

– Act as the primary point of contact between QEC and the community of Igloolik
– Establish and maintain positive relationships with community members, local organizations, and government officials
– Communicate important updates, events, and initiatives to the community through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and public meetings
– Collect feedback and input from community members on QEC services, policies, and projects
– Coordinate community events, workshops, and information sessions to promote energy conservation and sustainable practices in the community
– Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customer concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
– Monitor and report on public opinion, concerns, and feedback related to QEC services and projects

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in community engagement, public relations, or customer service roles
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
– Knowledge of energy distribution systems and sustainable practices is an asset
– Proficiency in Inuktitut and English languages is preferred
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
