Job Description:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
– Provide information about products, services, and promotions
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints and issues
– Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
– Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the management
– Act as a brand ambassador by providing a positive experience for all customers
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
– Offer suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior customer service experience preferred
