As a Merchandise Coordinator at Ulta Beauty, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our stores maintain visually appealing and organized merchandising displays. Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandise Resets: Execute seasonal resets and merchandising changes according to company guidelines, ensuring that product placements are optimized for customer engagement and sales.

• Planograms: Utilize planograms to implement product layouts efficiently, conducting regular assessments to maintain compliance and adjust layouts as necessary for improved sales performance.

• Marketing Displays: Design and set up eye-catching marketing displays that align with ongoing promotions and brand strategies, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

• Physical Inventory Procedures: Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize inventory management.

• Processing Shipments: Manage the processing of incoming shipments including unloading, inspecting, and stocking products, while ensuring that all items are recorded accurately in our inventory system.
