As a Retail Operations Associate at Ulta Beauty, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Merchandise Resets: Implement and maintain merchandising resets in accordance with company guidelines to maximize product visibility and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

• Planograms: Accurately execute planograms to ensure consistent product placement and presentation across the store. Work collaboratively with team members to adapt displays as needed.

• Marketing Displays: Set up and update marketing displays to highlight promotions, new products, and seasonal offerings. Utilize creative skills to engage and attract customers.

• Physical Inventory Procedures: Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with physical inventory procedures to maintain accurate stock levels. Support in identifying and reducing shrinkage.

• Processing Shipment: Efficiently process incoming shipments, ensuring all products are checked in, stored properly, and replenished on the sales floor in a timely manner.
