As a Retail Merchandise Specialist at Ulta Beauty, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores reflect the latest marketing campaigns and merchandising strategies. You will be responsible for executing merchandise resets, creating and maintaining planograms, setting up captivating marketing displays, and managing physical inventory procedures. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise Resets: Execute merchandise resets in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring the latest products are prominently displayed.
• Planograms: Implement and maintain planograms to optimize product placement, enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
• Marketing Displays: Design and set up attractive marketing displays that effectively showcase promotions and new launches, driving customer engagement and sales.
• Physical Inventory Procedures: Assist in conducting physical inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Processing Shipments: Efficiently process incoming shipments, ensuring timely stock replenishment on the sales floor and proper organization in back-stock areas.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Previous retail experience is a plus, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics environment
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management practices
