As a Merchandise Reset Specialist at Ulta Beauty, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our retail space and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include executing merchandise resets, implementing planograms, and creating eye-catching marketing displays that align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandise Resets: Collaborate with the team to efficiently rearrange and reset merchandise according to updated planograms, ensuring products are displayed in an appealing and accessible manner.

• Planogram Implementation: Follow detailed planogram directives to maximize product visibility and inventory turnover while maintaining brand integrity.

• Marketing Displays: Design and set up vibrant promotional displays that attract customer attention and highlight seasonal promotions, new product launches, and special events.

• Physical Inventory Procedures: Assist in conducting precise inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping to support inventory management and product availability.

• Shipment Processing: Efficiently process incoming shipments, organizing and stocking products in accordance with store guidelines to maintain an orderly and enticing shopping environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in retail merchandising or visual display preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
