Job Description: Collaborative Marketing and HR Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Collaborative Marketing and HR Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the Marketing, People and Culture, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Human Resources and Marketing, preferably within service-oriented industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate collaboration between Marketing, People and Culture, and other departments to align messaging and strategy.
• Support the development of integrated campaigns that resonate with our company culture and objectives.
• Provide basic facilitation as needed to enhance team communications and project alignment.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials that reflect our values and employee engagement strategies.
• Conduct research to understand best practices in both HR and Marketing to continuously improve our processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in service-oriented industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
• Familiarity with HR practices and marketing principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
