Job description: One of our major government clients is looking for an Instructional Designer – Moodle exp, CRM Training (Remote work, Part-time)
Length: Approx. 4 months contract with a possibility of extension
Work Location – Remote (Canada)
Working Hours: 10-15 hours per week – Flexible (some availability required between 8 AM – 5 PM for team and SME meetings)ABOUT THE ROLE:Instructional Designer (Moodle Experience Required) – Minimum 5 years experience may consider less if experience is very relevant (workplace training, Moodle).We are seeking a skilled instructional designer to bring a fresh perspective to our CRM training program. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing job-training content and expertise in Moodle. This contract position offers the flexibility to work outside of traditional hours, though some availability during standard business hours is necessary for collaboration.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop engaging job-training content for our CRM program on Moodle.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the internal team to ensure content meets learning objectives.
• Bring innovative ideas and a fresh perspective to enhance the existing CRM training.
• Ensure instructional materials are user-friendly and aligned with adult learning principles.
• Adjust and improve course designs based on feedback and evolving training needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as an instructional designer, specifically with Moodle.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing job-training content.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement creative training solutions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and team members.
• Flexibility and availability to attend occasional meetings during regular business hours.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in CRM training design or similar job-training programs.
• Ability to work independently and bring forward new ideas proactively.
