Job Summary:
The Technical Lead – Marketing Technology & Personalization is a hands-on leadership role dedicated to driving the architecture and implementation of advanced marketing and personalization solutions at Universal. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative marketing technologies.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and IT, to design and execute personalized strategies that align with business objectives.
