Job description: Our client in the Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure industry is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Services teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision or as part of a team.Job Title: Technical Product SpecialistLocation: Toronto, ONPay Range: $40-$45 per hourWhat’s the Job?

• Review incoming orders for the accuracy of design.
• Support the commercial aspects of the order, including discussions with customers to approve/revise drawings and provide documentation packages.
• Handle product configuration.
• Prepare approval, construction, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain customer drawings on the company system folder, incorporating any customer changes.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or College Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical engineering or technologist experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of AutoCAD electrical experience.
• Understanding and experience using and interpreting the Canadian Electrical Code.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Electrical.
