The (HCD) Reporting team is dedicated to providing accurate and timely reporting that enables informed decision-making. By analyzing data and generating insightful reports, we empower our team and stakeholders to make strategic and informed choices that drive clinical innovation and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Business Analyst in the HCD Reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving reporting initiatives that enable HCD planning and management, streamline reporting processes, and solve business problems with analytics.

  • Lead and optimize data integration:
  • Manage and supervise ETL processes for HCD data in GCP BigQuery tables
  • Ensure smooth and efficient data transfer
  • Shape and curate datasets:
  • Create and maintain structured and organized datasets
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability
  • Visualize data with impact:
  • Develop captivating reports using Tableau and/or Looker
  • Transform complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand formats
  • Drive operational excellence through collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with project leads and stakeholders from the Operations team
  • Act as a strategic partner and understand their business questions and requirements
  • Support and elevate existing reports:
  • Maintain and enhance legacy reports in Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Metabase
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of reports
  • Proactively address issues or bugs and continuously improve functionality

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 3-5 years + of experience in a similar role
  • Post-secondary diploma / certification in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or related field

Great-to-haves

  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Experience working with systems, Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and databases leveraging tools leveraging tools such as GCP Big Query, Tableau, SQL Server Management Studio, QlikSense, Metabase, Looker, Looker Studio, SQL, Pyspark, R, and Python
  • Knowledge of healthcare operational measures and metrics
  • Strong, analytical, data visualization and interpretation skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity, complex issues and concepts

Salary Range: $70,000-$104,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%

Position: Administrative Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department.
