Our D2C Data & Reporting team is responsible for arming our sales teams with the tools, processes, and data to enable a better customer experience and deliver on sales & marketing targets for TELUS.We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team. The Sr. Project Manager role will be pivotal in managing and delivering complex projects that drive our D2C strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on data and analytics projects, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What you’ll do

  • Project Management: Lead project management and program execution across multifunctional teams, implementing rigorous processes, maintaining strict timelines, and providing regular leadership updates to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Analytical Insight: Utilize your analytical skills to anticipate the impact of projects on various business areas, facilitating successful stakeholder engagement
  • Business Acumen: Create business cases, executive summaries, and presentations using effective storytelling and data visualization techniques
  • Process Optimization: Identify and recommend opportunities to drive efficiencies, improve processes, reduce unnecessary work, and enhance team productivity
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a conduit between business, operational, and data teams to ensure a common understanding and all project requirements are accounted for

QualificationsWhat you bring

  • Project Manager Experience: A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in the data and analytics project domain
  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience managing multiple, complex business or transformational projects and leading cross-functional project teams
  • Self-Starter: A proactive individual with a passion for working in a dynamic, high-performance culture, exhibiting advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to consider downstream impacts, identify adjacencies, and opportunities for collaboration and cross-functional engagement
  • Effective Communicator: Exemplary presentation and storytelling abilities, capable of crafting concise and compelling results-driven stories tailored to various audiences

  • Certifications in performance improvement and/or project management methodologies and practices e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP)

Salary Range: $90,000-$134,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
