Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our HeartFlow team. In this role, you will work closely with various team members, including Territory Sales Managers and key stakeholders such as administrative staff, cardiologists, and referring physician practices. Your primary focus will be to support marketing initiatives and ensure effective communication across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive awareness and adoption of HeartFlow solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and key stakeholders, including hospital marketing departments and external physician practices.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, including promotional materials, digital content, and outreach efforts.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report findings to team members.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing databases, and maintaining project timelines.
• Engage with key cardiologists and healthcare providers to gather feedback and insights to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly cardiology, is preferred.
