Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to attain sales quotas by fostering strong partnerships with Clinical, Field Clinical Representatives, Marketing, R&D, and other business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively identify selling opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical and Field Clinical teams to gain insights into customer needs and align our offerings accordingly.
• Partner with the Marketing team to leverage promotional materials and marketing strategies for effective outreach.
• Work with R&D to stay informed on product developments and innovations that can be introduced to the market.
• Utilize data-driven insights to devise strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance against quotas and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various business units.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
