Job Title: Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist to bridge the gap between marketing efforts and sales initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with both teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience without surprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure messaging and strategies meet customer expectations.
- Core Customer Reviews: Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with our key customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Meetings: Attend weekly sales meetings to provide insights, report progress, and discuss challenges and opportunities.
- Training Completion: Participate in and complete all required training programs to stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
- Digital Adoption: Drive the adoption of digital tools and resources among the sales team to optimize their performance and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or sales enablement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and implement improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
