Job Title: Distributor Partner Liaison

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Distributor Partner Liaison to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration with our assigned Distributor Partners. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and embracing sales, marketing, and executional opportunities to drive growth and enhance partnership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication & Collaboration: Maintain regular contact with Distributor Partners to ensure alignment on sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and execution goals.

• Opportunity Identification: Proactively assess and identify opportunities to improve sales performance and market presence, working closely with distributors to implement effective strategies.

• Support & Assistance: Provide assistance to District Managers in executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to maximize distributor engagement and performance.

• Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales data and marketing campaign effectiveness, presenting insights and recommendations to enhance overall distributor performance.

• Problem Solving: Address any concerns or challenges faced by Distributor Partners, providing strategic solutions and fostering a positive working relationship.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a distribution or partner network
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in relevant software and tools
