Job description: As a key member of the sales and operations team, the District Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of regional sales managers and ensuring sales targets are met within their designated territory. They collaborate closely with the VP of Local Sales to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Working closely with the accounting/credit department, the District Sales Manager ensures that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. They also work with the merchandising and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

The District Sales Manager must possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles. They must be able to effectively analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and drive business success. This role requires someone who is results-driven, strategic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
