Job Description:

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
– Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
