The responsibilities include (but are not limited to) requirements and interfacing with application owners and developers to obtain, organize and present data/ findings on the processes.Reports to: Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, Data Governance and MDM with a dotted line to the Head of IT Asset Management.Key Accountabilities:Assist in detailed analysis of processes and operationsHelp prepare process charts and analyses reflecting workflowReview existing processes/ systems to increase efficiencyCollaborate with internal teams to optimize processesDraft the procedures after gathering informationCoordinate and schedule meetings with the technical team membersMaintain inventory documentation of findings from the process analysisMust haves:Currently enrolled in a Business /IT related University/College degree or equivalent experienceStrong organizational skills & ability to multitaskExcellent written and oral communication skillsTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, hardworking, flexible and able to work independently and collaborativelyNice to haves:Google G-Suite experienceExperience in process and data analysisNote:Hybrid role: 2 -3 days per week in the downtown Toronto office4 month Co-op / Internship: May 5, 2025 – August 22, 2025In order to be considered for the position, you are required to submit your Knockri AssessmentIn the market for…Excitement – Explore emerging technology and innovation, as well as ventures and digital finance that shape the future of global markets!
