Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing and Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will address any potential billing and payment issues for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering strong customer relationships. You will also assist the Sales General Manager in developing and implementing innovative marketing tactics and events to enhance our brand presence and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing and Payment Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales) to ensure accurate billing processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development of creative marketing strategies and promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
  • Help create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in billing and finance matters.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in marketing support or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with billing software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
