In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate models, drawings, reports, specifications, and estimates that meet our project’s requirements. You will assist with marketing and business development efforts, collaborating closely with our team to enhance our outreach and present our capabilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural models and drawings using industry-standard software.
• Develop comprehensive reports and specifications that communicate project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for various projects.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs align with client needs and industry standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including presentations and promotional materials, to showcase our projects and services.
• Participate in business development efforts, helping to identify new opportunities and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions, offering creative solutions and ideas for ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
