WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Primary company contact for day-to-day prospecting and lead tracking
  • Maximize social media for prospecting
  • Qualification of self-generated leads and leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Support proposal writing process
  • Industry specific research

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1 year experience selling emerging technologies or development services for web or mobile.
  • Experience selling innovative digital design and development services for web, mobile and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communications skills, able to craft written email communications at different levels of the sales funnel
  • Proficient user of productivity tools; ClickUp, Slack, G Suite, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent an asset

Financial Controller Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
– Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
– Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
– Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
– Research technical accounting issues for compliance
– Support month-end and year-end close process
– Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Skills:
– Proven working experience as a Financial controller
– Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations preferred
– 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
– Advanced degree in Accounting
– Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
– Experience with creating financial statements
– Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
