The role focuses on executing on deliverables for the TSX’s ETF clients, stakeholders, and prospects. This role acts as a valuable liaison between the TSX’s ETF team and its clients.This role is fully in office (4 days/week) – based in Toronto, ON.Key Accountabilities:Manage and track marketing submissions for new ETF listings, ensuring deadlines are met, creatives are reviewed and approved by our ETF partners and are deployed.Build and maintain peer relationships at our ETF clients.Create and maintain the team’s different ETF sales/pitch and reports that are tailored for a range of different audiences.Collaborate in the production of external communications with our stakeholders.Lead the organizing of our TSX ETF Lunch & Learn series for advisors across Canada.Liaison between our ETF clients in the co-ordination of market open and close celebration and other stakeholder events.Must Have Skills:Post-secondary education in Finance, Marketing or Business is ideal or equivalent work experience.Proactive approach to customer service and problem-solving.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines effectively while being diligent.Collaborative teammate who can work efficiently with numerous internal and external partners.Familiarity with capital markets and ETFs with a keen interest in learning more.Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google suiteMust Have(s):ETF and Capital Markets Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of capital markets and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), with a keen interest in continuous learning.Project & Event Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively, including coordinating marketing submissions and events like client Lunch & Learns.Client & Stakeholder Relations: A track record of building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with internal and external partners.Communication & Content Creation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating impactful sales reports, pitch materials, and external communications.Collaboration & Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently to manage key tasks while also excelling as a collaborative teammate within a team environment.Problem-Solving: A proactive and diligent approach to customer service and problem-solving.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office and Google suites to create and maintain reports and presentations.Educational Background: Post-secondary education in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field is ideal, or equivalent work experience.Nice Have(s):Canadian Securities Course (CSC)Salesforce experienceIn the market for…Excitement – Explore emerging technology and innovation, as well as ventures and digital finance that shape the future of global markets!
