If you love music and got excited just thinking about joining this amazing organization, we would love to meet you!Promotion Intern – 4 MonthsThe UMC team works four days a week from our creative campus located in Liberty Village, Toronto and one day of work virtually.ResponsibilitiesAssist Promotion team with various daily activitiesCompile chart information, reports and artist assets including publicity photos, bios and additional assets.Assist the team with updating pitches for radio by referencing airplay & streaming data, marketing highlights, social media, etc.Research and monitor streaming, station adds, artist socials, radio charts and moreCompile Shazam data across major markets in CanadaTrack radio statistics and market share as well as radio contesting proposals and winnerCreate artist one sheets & graphics as neededUpdate Song Portfolios in MediabaseAssist with uploading audio to digital delivery service platforms for radio servicingParticipate and take notes for department meetingsCollect radio proposals for contesting opportunitiesGather artist assets for Interview/Promo pitchesOther duties/tasks as assignedRequirementsPassion for musicMust be enrolled in a post-secondary programProficient in MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)Ability to work independently and in a teamGood organizational skillsBEFORE APPLYINGBefore you proceed with your application, please consider the questions below.
