Job Description:

WR Display & Packaging is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Maintaining customer records and documentation
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
