- Develop and upkeep dashboards, reports, and analyses providing actionable insights into customer behavior, marketing campaign performance, and digital product usage.
- Manage and enhance the implementation of tracking and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to assess campaign performance and suggest continuous improvement strategies.
- Define and conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior in collaboration with product teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Establish and implement user-behavior analytics standards and quality assurance best practices to uphold data integrity.

Requirements:
- Fluent English skills.
- Minimum five years of experience in digital analytics or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Marketing tools such as AEP and AJO.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with RT-CDP Execution from data gathering to activation.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Spanish proficiency.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
