Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving membership goals through innovative event planning and execution. This individual will be responsible for organizing engaging marketing events that promote our brand and attract new members, all while ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Develop, coordinate, and implement a variety of marketing events to increase brand awareness and drive membership growth.
• Membership Goals: Utilize sales strategies and marketing tactics to meet and exceed established membership targets.
• Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that highlight upcoming events and membership benefits.
• Facility Safety: Maintain a safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines during events. Ensure all equipment and venues are compliant with safety regulations.
• Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with current and potential members by providing exceptional service and support during all events.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather attendee feedback and analyze event performance to recommend improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in event planning or sales/marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
