Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for driving our membership goals through strategic event planning and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing initiatives that attract and retain members, while also ensuring the safety and integrity of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of sales and marketing events to promote membership and increase engagement.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to meet and exceed membership goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials and event collateral that align with our brand and messaging.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and implement improvements for future initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and members to enhance event experiences.
• Ensure the facility’s safety protocols are strictly followed during all events, promoting a secure environment for attendees.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members, addressing inquiries and feedback to foster a positive community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for community engagement and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols relevant to event planning.
