We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging marketing events that promote our membership offerings and drive sales. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our membership goals while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage various sales and marketing events, including workshops, seminars, and promotional activities that engage potential members and enhance brand awareness.

• Membership Growth: Develop innovative strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones, aligning with our overall membership goals.

• Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest safety standards by following all facility safety protocols and guidelines during events, ensuring the well-being of attendees and staff.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to create cohesive event strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.

• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance event offerings and improve participant engagement.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor event outcomes, gather feedback, and report on successes or areas for improvement to continuously refine event strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to safety in event settings.
