Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute effective sales and marketing events that promote membership opportunities and enhance member engagement.
• Goal Achievement: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop strategies to meet and exceed membership goals.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure the safety of all facilities used for events by adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
• Audience Engagement: Develop and implement tactics to attract target audiences to events, utilizing digital marketing and social media outreach.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from event participants to continuously improve future events and adapt marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding throughout all events.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing event budgets and resources to maximize event impact while adhering to financial guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, sales, or marketing, preferably in a membership-based organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in event settings.
