Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing various marketing events designed to meet our Membership goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our reach and enhancing member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Coordination: Develop, organize, and manage a variety of marketing events aimed at increasing Membership and brand awareness. This includes everything from workshops and seminars to networking events and promotional activities.

• Sales Strategies: Implement innovative sales strategies during events to attract potential members, foster relationships, and drive enrollment.

• Marketing Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging promotional material and leverage social media platforms to maximize event visibility and attendance.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure the safety and security of the facility during events by adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Conduct regular assessments to maintain a safe environment for all participants.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of events and marketing strategies against membership goals, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align event goals with organizational objectives and enhance the overall member experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and facility management practices is a plus.
