Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution:

  • Design, plan, and coordinate engaging marketing events that attract potential members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance event reach and effectiveness.

• Membership Goals:

  • Actively work towards meeting membership targets through targeted outreach and follow-up with event participants.
  • Track and report on membership metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all event participants by adhering to facility safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct safety checks and risk assessments prior to events, making necessary adjustments to ensure a secure environment.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and sponsors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Communicate effectively with attendees, providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.

• Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather feedback from participants to evaluate event success and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
