Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution:

  • Organize and execute a variety of marketing events aimed at promoting memberships and engaging with the community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, themes, and promotional strategies.

• Sales Goals Achievement:

  • Actively work towards achieving and exceeding membership goals through targeted sales tactics and follow-up strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and member feedback to refine sales approaches and event offerings.

• Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness and promote events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Use social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to enhance event visibility and drive attendance.

• Facility Safety Management:

  • Uphold and enforce all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for members, guests, and staff during all events.
  • Conduct regular safety audits in collaboration with facility management.

• Member Engagement:

  • Foster positive relationships with members and potential members by providing excellent customer service and support before, during, and after events.
  • Gather feedback and insights from event attendees to improve future programming and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
