As a Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator, you will be pivotal in driving membership growth and enhancing brand awareness through well-planned events and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute engaging marketing strategies that meet our membership goals while ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing events and promotional activities aimed at increasing membership and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns that effectively communicate the value of membership.
• Monitor attendance and engagement at events, analyzing data to improve future marketing efforts.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols in the facility.
• Develop relationships with potential and current members, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and social media content to promote events.
• Track budget expenditures related to events and ensure all activities are executed within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe facility.
