As a Membership Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving membership growth and engagement for our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in various sales and marketing events, developing strategies to attract new members, and executing targeted outreach initiatives to meet our membership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Participation: Actively engage in sales and marketing events, showcasing the benefits of our facility and services to potential members.
• Membership Goals: Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding membership targets.
• Promotional Initiatives: Create and execute promotional campaigns that highlight special offerings, events, and programs designed to attract and retain members.
• Facility Safety: Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility at all times, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to provide a secure environment for members and staff.
• Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with current and prospective members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management for continuous enhancement of offerings.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in sales or marketing preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for events
