Job Description: Membership & Events Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Membership & Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in sales and marketing events to promote our membership offerings while actively working towards achieving membership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing Participation: Engage in various sales and marketing events to drive awareness and increase membership enrollment. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that appeal to prospective members.
• Membership Growth: Implement initiatives and outreach programs to meet and exceed membership goals. Monitor and analyze membership metrics to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events that attract new members and enhance member engagement. Ensure all events are well-organized and meet the objectives set forth.
• Facility Safety: Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the facility at all times. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to create a secure environment for all members and visitors.
• Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with current and prospective members, addressing inquiries and offering support to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
