Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging marketing events that not only enhance our brand visibility but also contribute to meeting our Membership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Develop and coordinate various sales and marketing events, including promotional campaigns, member engagement activities, and community outreach programs.

• Membership Growth: Implement strategies and initiatives aimed at attracting new members and retaining existing ones, ensuring that membership targets are met or exceeded.

• Marketing Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing materials to promote events, utilizing social media, email campaigns, and other channels to maximize reach.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor event participation and membership metrics, analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of various strategies and making informed recommendations.

• Safety Protocols: Ensure the safety and well-being of all facility users by strictly adhering to safety guidelines and protocols during events and daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, sales, or marketing roles is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and event management.
