Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Organize and coordinate a variety of marketing events, including workshops, seminars, and member engagement activities.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain current members, leveraging event opportunities.
• Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for upcoming events, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
• Membership Goals: Analyze membership trends and feedback to tailor events that meet the needs and interests of potential and current members.
• Facility Safety: Ensure the safety and compliance of the facility during events by following established protocols and guidelines, creating a welcoming environment for all attendees.
• Community Engagement: Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and reach broader audiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or event planning is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and facility management is a plus.
