Job Title: Marketing and Sales Specialist – Industrial Distribution

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team in the Industrial Distribution sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing, Sales, or technical support related to B2B sales, particularly within the Electrical Utility Market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth in the Industrial Distribution sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new products and services catered to the Electrical Utility Market.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights within the industry.
• Provide technical support and expertise to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to target clients, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or a related field; OR a minimum of five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least five years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or technical support with a focus on B2B sales, preferably in the Electrical Utility Market.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
