Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Sales Specialist with a strong background in Industrial Distribution or related fields to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a blend of marketing acumen and sales experience, particularly within the Electrical Utility Market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and providing technical support to enhance our B2B sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Electrical Utility Market.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring successful adoption and usage.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or a related field; or a minimum of five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of five years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or technical support focused on B2B sales in the Electrical Utility Market is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
