Job description: Hiring for two (2) positionsThe opportunityThe UX Communications & Marketing Coordinator creates engaging content and helps design exceptional omnichannel member experiences. Increasing self-service efficacy and reducing assisted-service reach will be the focus of our digital first strategy. The Coordinator plays a key support role on the team.
