Job Description:

Title: General Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year

Our client, a leading retail company, is searching for an experienced General Manager to take on a key leadership role within their organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals
– Manage day-to-day operations of the store
– Provide leadership and direction to a team of employees
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
– Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
– Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions
– Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

Qualifications:
