In this role, you will:Acquisitions and DivestitutresAnalyze financial metrics for targets and comparable companiesConduct in-depth research on the targets/industry related to valuation, shareholder analysis, profitability trends, etc.Assist in preparing presentations for Executive discussion/approvalParticipate in due diligence of potential acquisition targets, which includes analyzing the impact of such transactions on the Bank’s operations, earnings, ROE, and capitalParticipate in the sale processes, including populating and managing the dataroomCorporate RestructuringProvide support on corporate restructuring initiativesAssist with executing plans to optimize the Bank’s capital allocation strategy, improve the Bank and its subsidiaries’ operating financial, and tax efficiencyComplete other projects, as assigned. Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, data modeling, and data visualization.

Responsibilities:
