Position Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive growth. Your primary goal will be to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and lead initiatives that generate measurable results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.

Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Performance Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Content Creation & Strategy:
- Oversee content creation for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s messaging and goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content that drives traffic and conversions.

Social Media & SEO:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organic reach and engagement across social media platforms.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive communication and marketing efforts.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
