If you love music and got excited just thinking about joining this amazing organization, we would love to meet you!Visual Content Production ManagerThe UMC team works four days a week from our creative campus located in Liberty Village, Toronto and one day to work virtually.Reporting to the Creative Director, Universal Music Canada is seeking an experienced Visual Content Production Manager to join our Creative team.Responsibilities:Manage the production and workflow of visual content daily for music releases including but not limited to, release assets, album artwork, music videos, video cutdowns, Spotify canvas, visualizers, lyric videos, social capture, compilation videos, liner cutdowns, pseudo videos, etc.Work closely with label executives, label staff, managers, artists and production teams on visual content plans for review by artists, management, and label teamDeliver successful and meaningful content at any budget and production levelLong term strategic planning for releases, outlining pre & post production schedulingLiaise with creators, reps and production companies during solicitation and creationMaintain creator database, project management platform and payment gridsOversee video, art, & photography agreementsResearch new and current directors, production companies, digital creators, stylists, hair & makeup artistsOversee and maintain consistency on production of creative deliverablesAct as a project manager and team coordinator to help conceptualize and execute the digital visual elements of an artist campaignAssist in the management of multiple projects to meet deadlines and stay within designated budgetsAdditional duties as assigned.
